As part of the European JuLIA project ("Justice, Fundamental Rights and Artificial Intelligence") we invite you to join our interactive workshop (Justice Lab) that aims to foster dialogue between justice professionals, researchers, and experts, including those from non-legal sectors.
The Justice Lab “Artificial Intelligence and Consumer Law” aims to explore the interaction of AI technologies with consumer law. It is specifically designed for Bulgarian judges who professionally handle cases related to consumer law or have an interest in this topic.
The event’s objective is to present practical case studies and encourage discussions on the role of artificial intelligence in consumer law, particularly how it impacts fundamental legal concepts such as producer liability for defects. The European perspective on the risks, challenges, and legitimacy of using AI tools in the field of consumer law will also be presented.
The Workshop will take place on July 1st, 2025, from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM in a virtual format and the event will be held entirely in Bulgarian.
We are confident that your participation and the contribution of your professional experiences will enrich the debate and be of great value to all attendees.
