Laura Herrerias Castro

Laura is a PhD Candidate at Universitat Pompeu Fabra (since May 2021) with a dissertation on liability of online platforms for hosting defamatory content. Her main research interests lie in the fields of Law and New Technologies and Tort Law. She has been a visiting student at the European University Institute (2023). She also teaches several courses in Law, Economics, and Business Administration. She holds a Master’s Degree in Legal Practice (Barcelona School of Management, 2018-2020) and she got the Extraordinary End-of-Degree Award in Law (Universitat Pompeu Fabra, 2014-2018).
