Paola Iamiceli is a Full Professor of Private Law at the Faculty of Law of the University of Trento, member of the University Senate and Vice-Rector of the University of Trento, member of the European Law Institute and former member of its Council. Being part of several research project groups at both national and international level, she has co-coordinated, together with Fabrizio Cafaggi, the European judicial training projects "ReJus" and "FRICoRe" in the field of effective protection of fundamental rights. She has also been part of a working group led by Unidroit and FAO for the drafting of a Legal Guide on Contract Farming and contributed to Studies for the European Commission (DG Internal Market and DG Agri) in the field of unfair commercial practices. Further fields of interest include European Private Law, Fundamental Rights, Consumer Protection, Gloval Value Chains, Business Networks.
