Melanie Clément-Fontaine

Melanie Clément-Fontaine is currently a Full Professor of Digital Law at Université Paris-Saclay, UVSQ. She has developed research in digital law and intellectual property law, particularly in data and AI law. She has been a member of the National Open Science Committee since 2018. Among her activities, she has participated in several European projects on the integration of fundamental rights into the case law of national courts and on the corresponding judicial training, such as Rejus and Fricore.
